    Reports include photo, geolocation, category and optional description. Duplicate detection groups nearby reports automatically.

    Operations Center

    The report lands in the Operations Center, plotted on the live map and tagged with priority, SLA and suggested department.

    Dispatchers see the full city in real time and can triage, merge duplicates or escalate with one click.

    Department Assignment

    Fixly routes the work order to the right department — public works, sanitation, parks, infrastructure — based on category and rules.

    Routing rules are configurable per municipality. Cross-department issues can be split or shared.

    Crew Dispatch

    The assigned crew receives the job on mobile, with route, photos and resident notes — and updates status from the field.

    Field updates sync instantly. Supervisors see live crew positions and remaining workload.

    Work Completion

    Crews close the work order with a completion photo. Resolution time, cost and SLA compliance feed analytics automatically.

    Every closure is timestamped and audit-logged. No paperwork to file later.

    Citizen Notification

    The original reporter gets a push notification with the result. Trust goes up, repeat reports go down.

    Notifications can include before/after photos. Residents can rate the resolution.
