Acceptable use
Acceptable use of Fixly
Fixly is provided to municipalities for the purpose of operating public services. Customers agree not to use the platform for unlawful purposes, to interfere with the service for other tenants, or to attempt to access data belonging to other customers.
Service levels
Availability and support
Production tenants receive a 99.9% uptime commitment, 24/7 incident response for severity-1 outages, and standard business-hours support for non-urgent matters.
Termination
Termination and data export
Customers may terminate per the conditions in the executed agreement. On termination, Fixly provides a full export of customer data in a machine-readable format and deletes remaining copies within the period defined in the DPA.
