What we collect
Information Fixly processes
Fixly processes account information for city staff (name, work email, role), service-request data submitted by residents (which may include name, contact details, photos and approximate location), and operational metadata (timestamps, status changes, audit logs).
We process this information on behalf of the municipality (the controller) under a Data Processing Agreement.
Resident rights
Your rights as a resident
Residents have the right to access, correct, export and delete their personal data, and to object to processing where applicable. Requests should be sent to the city; Fixly assists municipalities in fulfilling them.
